Experience differs between people
Treatment area, appointment duration and individual sensitivity may influence the experience. Another person’s reaction does not predict yours precisely. Mention previous fainting, anxiety or an unpleasant procedural experience. Ask how to signal that you need a break or discussion during the session.
Do not create your own medication plan
Do not independently use numbing cream, painkillers or sedatives to make the appointment easier. Disclose medicines, supplements and allergies and consult your prescriber when needed. Do not stop prescribed medication for SMP without medical advice. Cosmetic scheduling should adapt to safe care, not the reverse.
Pay attention after the session
Discuss expected reactions and when to ask for help. Increasing pain, redness, swelling, pus or fever requires medical assessment. Do not assume every symptom is part of healing. Keep the clinic contact details and your instructions accessible when you leave.
Applying this to your situation
Mention anxiety or difficult experiences with previous skin treatments beforehand. We can explain the process and discuss practical breaks. Do not use numbing cream on your own initiative. Comfort is individual; clear communication makes it easier to discuss how the session is going.
What should I discuss about comfort?
Mention previous experiences, sensitive areas and particular worries. We can explain what matters to you and when to speak up. Scope and sensitivity vary. A calm setting and clear communication help, but a completely painless procedure or identical experience cannot be promised.
What we consider in your assessment
Comfort also starts with communication. Explain what worries you and ask how the appointment will proceed. You do not need to keep discomfort to yourself; discuss it with Mehmet during treatment.
Your next step with Mehmet
Tell us if you feel apprehensive or have reacted sensitively before. We explain the steps and how we communicate during the appointment. Clear explanations and room for questions make preparation more personal.
