About your appointment
A free introduction, at your pace+
Your introduction and intake are free and without obligation. We discuss your hair, expectations, options and alternatives. You do not have to book treatment, and the consultation does not oblige the clinic to perform a particular procedure. A proposal is an individual assessment and may be adapted after further review.
An appointment that fits your schedule+
If you cannot attend, tell us at least 24 hours beforehand to change or cancel without charge. Please also let us know if you are delayed; if too little time remains, we may shorten or reschedule the conversation. Late cancellations and missed appointments are recorded and may affect the priority or conditions of a future free consultation.
From a first impression to a personal plan+
Photographs and a conversation provide an initial direction. Before treatment we assess your hair and scalp in person; final suitability may be reviewed again on treatment day. The consultation plan is valid for 90 days. Without a booking during that period, or after changes in hair loss, health or donor area, reassessment may be needed. Session counts, graft numbers, scope and expected results are estimates rather than a promise of a specific outcome.
Your plan, before your consent+
Your consultation is free and non-binding. The provisional assessment is valid for 90 days; health and scalp are reviewed again on treatment day. Before your consent, HM records the practitioner, areas, hairline, style, density, included sessions, reviews and total price. You review the design before pigmentation. Alternatives and no treatment are discussed too. The complete aftercare guide is provided in a language you understand before the first treatment. You may ask questions, decline, pause or stop.
Clinical photos and publication are separate choices+
You separately choose whether photographs may be used for planning and your secure clinical record, including a no-photos option. This never automatically authorises publication. Publication permission is optional; declining or leaving it blank does not affect your treatment or price. Consent specifies the exact files, purposes, recognisability and expiry date. Name and voice are not published; a scalp can still be identifiable. You may withdraw through HM: new use stops and controlled publications are removed where feasible. Third-party copies may not be recoverable. Another brand requires a fresh choice.
