Which information matters?
Mention prior SMP, transplants, scalp symptoms, medicines, supplements and allergies. Ask which channel is appropriate for medical information or photographs. You need not send an entire record over WhatsApp initially. Bring your schedule too: sport, holidays, helmets and work can affect realistic treatment and recovery timing.
Consultation arrangements
Consultation terms allow free cancellation or rescheduling until 24 hours beforehand. Assessment and plan are generally valid for 90 days; changes can require reassessment. A consultation does not oblige purchase or guarantee treatment later. Ask about the proposal and read separate SMP terms before booking treatment.

Must I book after consultation?
No. The first consultation is free and non-binding. Use it to understand the proposal. If you proceed, treatment arrangements are recorded separately. If you cannot attend, give notice as early as possible; consultation terms use a 24-hour cancellation window. Treatment reservations have different rules.
